Pre-requisite for Enrollment

1. Must be 16 years of age. Please note that if you're under 18, you must have your parent's permission or legal guardian present at time of enrollment.
2. Have a high school diploma or the equivalent of a high school diploma or have passed a valid examination administered by a certified testing agency that measures the person’s ability to benefit (ATB) from training.
3. Submit the 2008 Student Application Form
4. Provide the school with copy of your Driver's License and Social Security number.
5. If you have completed high school, skip this line; otherwise, provide a copy of your GED or submit $125.00 for ATB testing service.

Career Training Program
